"The Trees and Utilities Conference is the ideal time for utility vegetation managers and associated urban forestry professionals to come together to learn from one another," said Dan Lambe, chief executive of the Arbor Day Foundation. "Through our programs and conferences, we have always aimed to highlight the interconnectivity and interdependence of trees and utility providers. This conference is another great avenue to learn about how utility providers can work alongside trees."
There will be many speakers from within the industry and several chances to network with peers. In addition, attendees can expect a trade show with more than 60 vendors exhibiting and an opportunity to practice services in person with a skills arena exhibition. Service providers can benefit from the conference, including a lineup of industry speakers, professional development opportunities, utility arboriculture research and continuing education.
"Each year, we aim to provide and curate the ideal experience for those attending the Trees and Utilities Conference alongside our partners at the Arbor Day Foundation," said Dennis Fallon, executive director of Utility Arborist Association. "This year will include many of the same valuable learning and engagement opportunities as last year and new ones like the hands-on skills arena exhibit. Trees and Utilities is a great place to learn from other leaders and professionals in the utility vegetation management industry."
